Practice Overview
Carolyn’s practice focuses on neutral investigations and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration and neutral evaluation. She has served in these capacities for more than 30 years. She is experienced in employment, contract and general commercial ADR work. Previously Carolyn was a shareholder at Stokes Lawrence, P.S. where she served as an investigator, mediator and arbitrator in addition to serving clients as a litigator and counselor. In the area of employment law she represented both employers and employees, handling a wide range of matters including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, wrongful termination, employment contracts, non-competes.
